Calendar
Our meeting is on the 2nd Tuesday of
each month and usually lasts between 1 and 2 hours. The March meeting
includes our AGM.
From September to June our meeting is at the Friends Meeting House at
59 Wandsworth High Street SW18 2PT followed by a social gathering up
the road in the Brewers Inn. In July and August our meetings are in a
Wandsworth Pub, agreed on by the group.
Our monthly ride is usually on the 3rd
Sunday of the month.
We generally meet at around 10.30 in the main ticket hall of Clapham
Junction Station. (Note: Rides may be changed on the day due to
engineering works, adverse weather or beforehand for logistical
reasons.) Please make sure your bike is in good working order and that
you have the following equipment: bicycle pump, puncture repair kit,
tyre levers, spare inner tube, relevant spanners and a set of allen
keys that fit your bike.

Friday 19th June
Night Ride Through Richmond Park
Un-strenuous 18 mile circular night ride through traffic free Royal
Park in west London. This ride
through Richmond Park is possibly the coolest ride of Bike Week Events.
Just imagine riding through unlit suburban country with no cars and
just wild deer roaming about.
Meeting
at: Clapham Junction Station 10.00pm. Ride to Putney station
for 10.30pm meet up. Ride to Roehampton Gate for 11pm meeting
& talk on riding in Park. Ride anticlockwise around road
& centre path, through Ham Common finishing at Ham House foot
ferry slipway from about midnight for a picnic and drink. Ride back to
Wandsworth through Richmond & Putney. Bring: lights, food, (warm clothes
if chilly or wet or nothing if it’s barmy), a spare inner
tube, cycle repair kit, lights, and a sense of humour.

close to South Thames College, opposite the Town Hall. You are welcome
to bring your bike inside the hallway. There are also some bike racks
about 10 metres away, outside Council offices)
