We have regular meetings with council representatives to discuss improvements to cycle facilities within the borough. The first half of the meeting is always held at one of the locations which we wish to discuss with them. This gives us the opportunity to demonstrate the issues and is far more effective than an office-based discussion. We are looking for recommendations for locations for upcoming meetings. Even just two or three issues at a location would make it an appropriate venue.
